Starting a career with Rigsafe means being set up to work safely and confidently from day one. We support people to gain or upgrade the tickets and competencies required for lifting, rigging, and access work across WA, with clear pathways to build skills over time. Whether you are new to the industry or already experienced, we provide opportunities to progress through the business, from entry level roles through to advanced rigging, crane operation, supervision, and project support.
