A coordinated shutdown scope that keeps work moving.

Shutdown support is delivered as a coordinated service. We bring the lifting scope, movement support, and on-site coordination together so change-outs land cleanly and the shutdown stays organised. Tight access and low headroom are managed with the right movement approach from the start. Where off-site prep will save time inside the window, fabrication and modification are handled ahead of mobilisation through pre-assembly and workshop preparation. The result is fewer pinch points, less congestion, and a faster run from removal through to reinstatement.

Equipment is selected to suit the outage window and site conditions. Franna pick-and-carry cranes support short-distance lifts and relocations, while all-terrain mobile cranes are used when reach and capacity are required. Telehandlers and EWPs support positioning and connection tasks, and modules are staged and delivered in the order they are needed to keep the shutdown moving. Pre-assembled modules are used where possible, so critical change-outs land faster once the window opens.
