People are sourced from a permanent workforce and selected based on the environment, scope, and site standards, so integration is fast, and performance is consistent from day one.

When the job needs qualified support without delays, we supply people who arrive ready, ticketed, and familiar with high-compliance environments. Labour hire can be used to fill gaps during peak periods and shutdowns, or scaled up to full delivery support when a single accountable provider is the better option.

Rigsafe labour can be supplied to strengthen an existing site team, or provided as a complete delivery team for more complex scopes, including supervision and lift planning support where required. Labour hire is often the starting point. As site constraints and time pressure become clearer, the scope can expand to include equipment hire, lift planning, or shutdown support. Rigsafe can carry that wider scope without a handover, keeping delivery controlled under one provider.

Labour hire includes advanced and intermediate riggers, crane operators across all-terrain, Franna pick-and-carry, and spider cranes, telehandler operators for fixed and rotating machines, and qualified boilermakers and welders. For projects that require stronger site control, panel supervisors, leading hands, shutdown supervisors, and project management support can also be supplied. All personnel hold the relevant high-risk licences and tickets, with additional site-specific inductions where required, so labour arrives ready to perform within the site’s compliance framework from day one.
