We invest in the future of the trade through mentoring, apprenticeships, and training, while promoting Indigenous participation and pathways for women in our industry.

Supporting mental health in construction.
By supporting MATES in Construction, Rigsafe is actively investing in suicide prevention and mental health support across the construction industry. MATES is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reducing the high rates of suicide among construction workers through industry-specific training, awareness programs, and on-site support networks.
