Rigsafe supported the façade replacement works at Perth’s iconic Central Park Tower, delivering specialised rigging solutions to facilitate the safe removal and installation of façade elements.
Given the building’s central CBD location, the project required careful planning to ensure there was minimal disruption to building tenants, nearby businesses and surrounding streets. Much of the work was undertaken during nights and weekends to maintain normal building operations during business hours.
The tower’s curved façade presented additional access challenges. To address this, Rigsafe engineered a Level 5 gantry and suspended scaffold system specifically designed for the project.
Each sequence of works was carefully scheduled and executed to ensure all equipment and access systems were cleared before the start of the working week. The project demonstrates Rigsafe’s ability to deliver complex solutions in highly constrained urban environments.
