The East Perth Data Centre required the installation of large prefabricated façade modules and external façade systems as part of the construction of a high-performance critical infrastructure facility.

The project demanded careful planning due to the size and weight of the façade components, restricted site access and the need to coordinate lifting activities alongside multiple construction trades. Working within a confined metropolitan site required precise crane positioning, detailed lift planning and specialist access equipment to safely complete each installation.
